DPDRX is an arm of E-Health Online, a company dedicated to developing long term health care solutions through the development of innovative technological and management solutions. E-Health Online’s 1To1 Pharmacy and 1To1 MD software platforms provide online and conventional pharmacies with industry-leading management, marketing and e-commerce solutions.
DPDRX and E-Health Online are subsidiaries of Convergent Media Network (CMN) of Victoria BC. CMN (www.theconvergent.com) is a privately held company, incorporated in the Province of British Columbia. CMN provides its proprietary software, technology solutions and related consulting and marketing services to Clients throughout the United States and Canada. CMN has provided services to large organizations such as MCI Worldcom Wireless, SkyMall, Overstock.com, Buy.com, LG, University of Victoria and Royal Roads University. CMN was established in 1997 by Timothy Vasko while he was a Professor of Entrepreneurship and International Business and Finance at the University of Victoria.
